Freddy Lupin is a young man whose offhand wish goes wildly wrong, turning him into a werewolf and summoning a mischievous moon sprite to Earth. The sprite's antics disturb the balance between the planet and its satellite, creating strange magic and escalating chaos around Freddy's hometown.
