Three years after a family tragedy, Chuck Wilson pulls up stakes with his wife Maria and their protective sister Elizabeth, hoping to rebuild in Ashland Falls. The town appears quiet at first, but old wounds surface as neighbors whisper about a ghostly woman who lingers in the fog and seems to push the most vulnerable residents toward despair.
