Ordinary in every sense, Ichigo Hoshimiya leads a typical middle school life until a friend pulls her into a dazzling world of idols. Enrolled at Starlight Academy, she steps into a cutthroat arena where looks, talent, and charisma are tested at every audition. Armed with magical Aikatsu Cards, she discovers that each performance is a blend of courage, practice, and timing. As rivals sharpen their skills and the stakes rise, Ichigo learns to navigate friendships, self doubt, and the grind of becoming someone who can shine on stage without losing who she is. The card system serves as a playful mechanic that ties training to the auditions and helps the audience follow the progress of each character.

Created by Yoichi Kato, the series features Sumire Morohoshi as Ichigo Hoshimiya and a voice cast that includes Ayaka Ohashi, Azusa Tadokoro, Aya Suzaki, and Minako Kotobuki.
