Thirteen-year-old Anne Boonchuy is ripped out of her ordinary life and wakes up in Amphibia, a swampy realm inhabited by anthropomorphic frogs and odd creatures. Far from home, Anne has to adapt fast, leaning on Sprig Plantar, an enthusiastic young frog who becomes her closest ally. Together with Sprig's quirky family and a scrappy pollywog named Polly, Anne learns to care for others, handle unexpected dangers, and rethink who she wants to be. The series keeps stakes high and personal, focusing on Anne's growth and friendships without giving away any major reveals.
