On a clear night long ago, Mira Kinohata met Ao Manaka, a kid who loves stargazing. Ao opens her eyes to the sky's small wonders, from orbiting planets to distant suns. Years later, Mira is in high school at Hoshizaki Academy and dreams of joining the Astronomy Club. Instead she discovers the clubs have merged into an Earth Sciences Club with Geology, and yet she and Ao are reunited. Together with their new teammates they set out to find an asteroid.
