Big Game

Air Force One is shot down by terrorists, leaving the President of the United States stranded in the Finnish wilderness. A 13-year-old hunter named Oskari has come out to prove his maturity by stalking a deer, but fate intervenes when he finds the crippled executive in an escape pod. As terrorists close in to claim their prize, the two unlikely allies must work together to outwit their pursuers, cross treacherous snow and forests, and stay alive long enough to reach safety. The film trades heavy politics for brisk action, wry humor, and a survivalist mood that keeps the tension tight without tipping into melodrama.
