Brick

An ordinary apartment building suddenly finds itself walled off from the world when a mysterious brick barrier seals its exterior overnight. Tim and Olivia, a couple trying to keep calm under pressure, quickly learn that the isolation is as dangerous as any threat outside. Inside, wary neighbors must share scarce resources and work through a web of rumor and fear that runs through stairwells and corridors. A retired engineer, a young immigrant family, and a couple with hidden resentments are forced to cooperate if they want to survive the sudden confinement. The building creaks, lights flicker, and time runs out as loyalties are tested and courage is shown in small, decisive acts.
