Panther Claw is a ruthless, wealth-obsessed organization whose schemes unravel the moment a seemingly ordinary girl enters the picture. This girl proves to be Cutie Honey, the daughter of the brilliant cyberneticist Dr Kisaragi Koshirou, and her powers draw Panther Claw’s four operatives into a heated pursuit.
