Deep Cover

Laurence Fishburne stars as Russell Stevens Jr., a determined LAPD officer who goes undercover to break a vast cocaine pipeline feeding Los Angeles. He joins a tough anti drug unit and starts scraping his way up from the bottom, rubbing shoulders with dealers, corrupt cops, and crisis-driven colleagues. As Stevens ascends, he earns the confidence of the operation and narrows in on the top boss, a man connected to the Colombian foreign minister's family.
