Jashin-chan, a devil from Hell, suddenly appears in the rundown Jinbocho apartment of Yurine Hanazono, a deadpan college student who accidentally summoned her. Yurine can't figure out how to send Jashin-chan home, so they end up sharing a cramped room and an awkward routine. Jashin-chan insists that killing Yurine is the quickest route back, and she keeps hatching over-the-top plans that misfire spectacularly.
