Two recent graduates, Jerry and Lok, share a cramped apartment in a city that promises endless possibilities. They chase the joys of youth and the thrill of meeting women as if the world opened up at their doorstep. Jerry signs up to be part of a dating survey, hoping to find someone special, only to discover his feelings shift toward the interviewer who treats dating like data rather than destiny. When Lok's sister Foon returns from Tibet and moves in with them, the balance of their friendship starts to tilt. Rivalry, attraction, and miscommunication set the stage for a restless lighthearted comedy about growing up.

Directed by Joe Ma Wai-Ho, Feel 100% II is written by Jeffrey Lau Wan-Kit and Sunny Chan Wing-Sun and released in 2001 as part of the Feel 100% series.
