Halloween

Fifteen years after a brutal Halloween night in 1963, a disturbed inmate named Michael Myers escapes from a mental hospital and slips back into the sleepy town of Haddonfield, Illinois. He moves through the streets with a silent, single-minded purpose, while the local sheriff and his old psychiatrist try to track him down. Teenager Laurie Strode is babysitting on Halloween and soon finds herself and her friends targeted by a presence that seems unstoppable. The film follows the growing terror of a small community as ordinary places become dangerous and a quiet holiday turns nightmarish.
