Hesher

After a mother dies and a teenage boy begins to drift away from his father and the world around him, a stranger named Hesher arrives with a bluster of chaos, humor, and trouble. The boy, called T J, watches the household wobble under grief, and his father Paul tries to keep things together while Madeleine, the grandmother, holds what remains of the family routine. Hesher stalks into town with a wild haircut, a blunt manner, and a stubborn sense of loyalty that feels almost dangerous.
