Kyosuke Shikijo is a gifted member of his school's martial arts club with a strong sense of justice inspired by his detective father. He hides a curious secret: when he wears female underwear, he becomes Hentai Kamen, a masked hero whose seemingly perverse method somehow fuels superhuman power. The family's quirks show up in his upbringing, with a father described as masochistic and a mother who is sadistic, shaping Kyosuke's unusual impulses. By chance he comes into possession of Aiko Himeno's underwear, and the garment grants him new techniques that help him defend her. He uses these abilities to shield Aiko from a corrupt teacher.
