Jessie

Jessie follows a wide-eyed teenager from small-town Texas who moves to New York City hoping for independence and a fresh start. Instead of pursuing stardom, she takes a job as a nanny for a wealthy couple and their four very different children, quickly learning how chaotic and unpredictable city life can be. She brings patience, optimism, and common-sense values to a household that runs on fashion, privilege, and eccentricity. Supporting her are the sharp-tongued butler Bertram and a friendly building doorman, both of whom offer guidance and comic friction as she adapts to her new role.

Premiering in 2011, the series was created by Pamela Eells and built around Debby Ryan as Jessie Prescott, with Peyton List, Cameron Boyce, Karan Brar, and Skai Jackson rounding out the central cast.
