Just Go with It

Plastic surgeon Danny Maccabee leads a polished life built on charm and a string of tall tales. When he starts dating Palmer, a much younger schoolteacher, he worries his past may spoil the present. To keep the fantasy intact, he asks his loyal assistant Katherine to pretend to be his wife, presenting a picture of domestic bliss that Palmer will find convincing. The ruse works until the deception splinters as the lie pulls in Katherine’s kids and a carefree circle of friends. The group ends up in Hawaii for a weekend that spirals into a comedy of errors, where loyalties are tested and true feelings begin to surface, all without revealing the film’s ending. Along the way they discover what real commitment means.
