Eiichi Kite, a precocious inventor, builds a talking robot named Korosuke and a time machine that turns secondary school mischief into mini adventures. Set in a friendly neighborhood, the duo dashes between eras to witness the strange ways history repeats itself and to pull off clever schemes that only a kid with a laser focus on gadgets could dream up. Miyoko Nonohana, a neighbor girl and Eiichi's close ally, keeps the stories grounded with everyday school life and a dash of romance. Their rival Tongari mirrors the brash swagger of classic show rivals, while Buta Gorilla, a neighborhood bully, keeps Korosuke on his toes. Together they juggle exams, pranks, and sci fi mischief. Their misadventures reward curiosity and clever thinking.

Directed by Takashi Watanabe, Kiteretsu Daihyakka originates from Fujiko F Fujio's manga and was animated by Studio Gallop. The series premiered on Japanese television in Spring 1988, bringing a playful science fantasy to kids with a knack for gadgets worldwide.
