Kuffs

George Kuffs is a directionless young man who misses graduation, loses his job, and learns his college sweetheart is pregnant. When his brother Brad is fatally shot during a routine bust, George is left with a strange inheritance: Brad's private police force, a pared down, off the books unit called Patrol Special.
