Gianni, an ad man from Milan, is spending a quiet holiday in the mountains when he stumbles on something extraordinary: a young cavewoman preserved in ice. She revives and, despite his initial attraction, Gianni soon thinks she should be left behind. She refuses to be abandoned and follows him home, upending his orderly life with a mix of naivete and wild behavior. Convinced he can reshape her into a modern woman, Gianni sets out to teach her manners, fashion, and speech.
