Mikaela

On the night of January 6 a fierce, record-breaking snowstorm paralyzes much of Spain, and a well-timed heist erupts amid the chaos. A gang hits an armoured van, scattering guards and loot across ice and drifts. Nearby, Leo is a one-time cop who has slid out of favor and out of options, and he crosses paths with Mikaela, a young woman who appears unexpectedly and acts with surprising skill. Together they try to stop the robbers as roads freeze, visibility drops, and ordinary rules start to feel irrelevant. The film keeps its focus tight on the hunt and on the uneasy partnership between a hardened former officer and a stranger with motives that stay partly hidden.
