Ninja Scroll

Jubei Kibagami is a lone ninja for hire who travels a reckless, wind swept landscape, offering his lethal services to whoever can pay or to a nobler cause that catches his attention. He moves with effortless speed and a reputation for cold resolve, leaving enemies defeated and rumors of his skill in his wake. When a government plot surfaces that could topple the ruling order, Jubei finds himself pulled into a conflict that goes far beyond simple mercenary work. Alliances shift as conspirators reveal themselves, but he remains focused on survival and the chance to help those who suffer under cruel power.
