About No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger
Long ago a clash between enormous Super Sentai robots and a world threatening calamity reshaped the cosmos. The war ended when a supreme, sleeping deity named Tega Sword absorbed power from every Sentai force, then fell into a deep pause. In the present, Hoeru Tono scrambles through a string of part time gigs, only to be let go once more. A shadowy group called Bridan begins maneuvering to wake Tega Sword and reshape Earth. In a burst of starlight Hoeru meets the ancient being and learns that gathering special rings can grant any wish. With no clear goal, he shoots for the top and fights as Gozyu Wolf, hoping to unlock the rings and his own purpose.
Created by Akiko Inoue, No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger lands in 2025 as an original concept inspired by classic Super Sentai ideas rather than a direct adaptation. The production leans into space opera visuals and practical effects.
