On a Bollywood set decades ago, a cheerful supporting actor named Om Prakash Makhija hustles for screen time while dreaming of big fame. A mysterious fire consumes the chance-laden on screen romance of a glamorous star, Shantipriya, and the tragedy leaves a trail of unanswered questions. Thirty years later, Om is reborn into a new life in the glamorous world of cinema, carrying memories of his past life and a stubborn resolve.
