Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy

Kim Dok-ja is a twenty-something office worker who has one odd hobby, reading an obscure web novel called Three Ways to Survive the Apocalypse. He finishes the final chapter and then the book's world spills into reality, bringing the story's unbeatable hero, Yu Jung-hyeok, into Kim's life. Because Dok-ja is the only person who knows how the novel plays out, he becomes the group's guide, teaming up with other survivors to rewrite the narrative so humanity has a chance. The film follows their attempts to outsmart the story's rules and invent a new ending without giving away surprises about how events conclude.
