One Year, One Night

One Year, One Night follows Ramón and Céline, a young couple who were at a concert in the Bataclan on November 13, 2015. They survive the attack, but leaving the venue doesn't mean life goes back to how it was. The film traces the months that follow, as memories, flashbacks and rituals interrupt ordinary routines and decisions. Each of them tries different ways to cope, sometimes leaning on friends, sometimes withdrawing, and the strain shows up in private moments and at work. It's a close, character-driven look at how a single night keeps resurfacing in everyday life, and how two people try to build a future while carrying the past. They test what normal feels like.

Directed by Isaki Lacuesta and written by Isa Campo and Fran Araújo, One Year, One Night premiered in 2022. The leads are Nahuel Pérez Biscayart and Noémie Merlant, supported by Quim Gutiérrez, Alba Guilera and Natalia de Molina, among others.
