Pleasant Moments

Hana is a clinical psychologist who values her independence, but her private life is messy in quiet, human-sized ways. Her unemployed husband grows jealous and takes a younger lover, while their teen son Honzik feels overlooked and resentful. Hana treats Eva, a seductive middle-aged woman entangled with her 25-year-old son, whose anger at his mother's behavior collides with his attraction to Hana. Another patient, Dub, is a wealthy man used to getting what he wants, and he sets his sights on Hana. The film follows these overlapping relationships, showing how desire, boredom, and selfishness push people into awkward, often painful encounters without revealing any final resolutions.
