Portals called anomalies begin appearing across England, dumping creatures from ancient eras and far future into our world. A determined team led by Professor Philip Cutter hunts these threats, trying to capture them and keep people safe. The group includes young field researchers Matt Anderson, Connor Temple, and Abby Maitland, along with the pragmatic agent Hilary Becker, all working from a government research unit.
