Ryland Grace wakes alone and confused aboard a crippled spacecraft with no memory of who he is or why he's there. As technical logs and scattered notes surface, he pieces together that he was part of a desperate mission to the Tau Ceti system aiming to halt an extinction-level threat back on Earth.
