Rise of the Legend

In the twilight of the Qing dynasty, corruption gnaws at the imperial court and spills into every corner of daily life. A fearsome crime lord known as Lei Gong leads the Black Tiger gang, trying to crush the Northern Sea's ruling faction. Fei, a bold young fighter, is recruited to level that rival by defeating its leader in a brutal confrontation. With the port under pressure and money changing hands behind closed doors, Fei discovers that loyalty and power are tangled in more ways than he imagined. When a new gang called the Orphans rises under Fei's childhood friend Huo, the balance of criminal force at the harbor shifts again, forcing all players to rethink their alliances and seek redemption.
