Sengoku Youko

Across a war torn land humans clash with the katawara, yet some hearts cross the line. Tama, a fox spirit who loves people, fights on the side of humanity, while her Sendou brother Jinka harbors distrust and even contempt for them. They fuse their spirit powers and take on monstrous katawara to curb the violence that roils this chaotic era. Their alliance never sits easily, since their beliefs pull them in opposite directions, and their bond is tested as new threats surface. As they travel through fractured towns and smoky battlegrounds, they wonder what kind of future might rise if rival factions learn to cooperate.

Created by Jukki Hanada, Sengoku Youko debuts in 2024 as an animated series built around mythic beings and Sengoku era aesthetics. The show features Soma Saito as Jinka, Yuuki Takada as Tama, Ryohei Kimura as Shinsuke, Tomoyo Kurosawa as Shakugan, and Hiroki Nanami as Senya.
