Five friends converge on a sun soaked resort to mend a fracture that nearly tore apart Meg and Kayla after a brutal homophobic incident. Meg, once the anchor of their group, and Kayla, her partner, have drifted apart. Lizzie, Cam, and Ruth rally around them, hoping a glamorous wedding on a paradise island will heal old wounds. The plan is simple: celebrate Lizzie's upcoming marriage, piece the group back together, and pretend the nightmare is behind them. But the pre wedding boat trip quickly shifts from scenic to dangerous as currents churn and something in the water seems to reach for them. What begins as a weekend of laughter becomes a test of loyalty, resilience, and the will to survive.
