Kyle Moore is a teenager trying to adjust after his parents announce a separation and his family relocates to a new town. He feels alienated, stuck between old friendships and the promise of something different. One afternoon he discovers a mysterious mobile app that can turn his social media updates into real life, with a few taps setting off events around him. At first the trick feels harmless and thrilling, a way to skip awkward conversations and impress classmates.
