Undercover cop Lucas White goes deep into the world of illegal street racing by joining Vin Serento's crew, a brash group that lives for speed and schemes. When they plan to cheat Los Angeles kingpin Juan Carlos de la Sol out of a hidden fortune, the setup gets ridiculous fast, centered around a downtown Taco Bell hiding more than just tacos.
