The Glades

Jim Longworth is a Chicago detective whose career unravels after he’s shot and then accused by his former captain of having an affair with the captain's wife. After he accepts a severance payout, Jim leaves the city and relocates to a small Florida community to work with the state police. The show follows his adjustment from streetwise, urban policing to the slower, stranger rhythms of a place where personal ties and local politics shape investigations.
