The Substitute

An ex military operative living in a tough Miami neighborhood partners with his girlfriend, a teacher who has stood up to a gang leader and paid a price. After she suffers a brutal knee injury, his first instinct is to restore safety by any means, so he goes undercover as a substitute teacher in the same school. His plan is to root out the gang's grip, expose the leaders, and derail the drug and extortion racket that keeps the students afraid. As he digs into the classroom chaos, he realizes the corruption runs deeper than he thought and that the fight will require more than brute force. He must reassemble his old jungle squad to finish what he started today.
