Shuta, Ran, and Koki grew up together on the artificial island known as the 24th Ward, a city built from the sea with strict rules and high-tech infrastructure. Their personalities and family lives couldn't be more different, yet they were inseparable until a traumatic event drove them apart. A year later, the three meet again at a memorial for that incident, and their reunion is shattered when all of their phones ring at once. The voice on the other end belongs to someone they believed dead, and that call forces them to make a stark decision about the island's future without revealing any secret endings.
