Tokyo Revengers

Takemichi Hanagaki is a directionless freelancer who hits a new low when he learns that Hinata Tachibana, his middle school girlfriend, was killed and that the Tokyo Manji Gang was involved. The next day he is shoved onto a train platform and, instead of dying, wakes up twelve years earlier in his teenage body. Confronted with an impossible do-over, Takemichi decides to use that chance to change the path that led to Hinata's fate. The series follows his awkward efforts to reconnect with old friends, worm his way into dangerous circles and alter small decisions that could ripple into a very different future. It's a personal, sometimes messy story about growing up, courage, and the cost of choices.

Adapted from Ken Wakui's manga, the anime premiered in 2021, with Ken Wakui and Yasuyuki Muto credited as creators.
