After a big victory, Mystery Inc. thinks Halloween in Coolsville can finally slow down. Coco Diablo, the leader of a slick costume crime ring, has been captured and jailed, bringing a rare moment of peace to Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, and Scooby. But peace is short lived. The town is stalked by eerie twin versions of the Scooby gang and familiar adversaries, all reappearing to threaten the Halloween night.
