Edgar is a cosmopolitan Brazilian man approaching his thirties who finds himself fed up with a system he sees as corrupt and unaccountable, and with crime that has grown omnipresent in the city. Frustrated with political and fiscal abuses, he channels his discontent into a high-tech gambit that turns opponents' own greed against them. What starts as a personal campaign against those who profit from the system becomes a calculated game of information and leverage, where Edgar uses data, surveillance, and misdirection to destabilize the criminal and political players. As the plan unfolds, the film peels back the shadows behind each player, assembling a tense puzzle of motives and secrets that long shadows cast over the city.
