Under the Stars of Paris

Christine is a woman whose life keeps shrinking to the margins of survival. She spends her days handing out food at shelters and wandering the cold streets. One night, she stumbles upon Suli, an Eritrean boy about eight years old, crying outside the shelter, clearly separated from his mother. Recognizing a shared sense of isolation, they bond quickly as strangers drawn together by need. Neither has much to offer beyond stubborn hope, yet they refuse to give in to despair. Their aim becomes simple and human: locate Suli's mother and make sure she knows her boy is safe. Their path winds through Paris's hidden corners, where kindness flickers in unlikely places.
