In a cozy family restaurant set in Hokkaido, the everyday buzz becomes comic gold. Sota Takanashi, a 16 year old who loves quiet routines, starts a part time shift among a wildly mismatched team. Popura Taneshima is a high school girl who looks much younger than her age, so customers and coworkers alike underestimate her. The store is run by Kyoko Shirafuji, a 28 year old manager who seems to do little real work yet somehow keeps things moving. What follows is a rapid fire of misunderstandings, tiny triumphs, and social gags as the crew side by side chase orders, cope with quirks, and share banter.

This anime adapts Karino Takatsu's popular Working!! manga and leans into quick paced workplace humor. It premiered in 2010, with Takawo Yoshioka and Karino Takatsu credited as creators guiding the adaptation.
