In 1984 Diana Prince is living a quieter life as a museum curator, trying to fit into a world that has moved on. When a robbery at a department store escalates into something far larger, she confronts an ancient force that threatens the source of her power. New allies and unexpected adversaries surface, and Diana has to balance her duties as a hero with personal yearnings, while past relationships reemerge in surprising ways.
