Ko Ichinomiya lives by the motto never owe anyone a thing. A ridiculous turn by the Arakawa River leaves him pantsless and suddenly in debt to Nino, a buoyant girl who makes the bridge her home. To avoid trouble, he agrees to help her experience love, a notion she treats with sparkling naivete and comedic flair.
