Ellen is an eight-year-old half-spirit who used to be a scientist in modern Japan, and now she wakes up in a new life inside a royal household. Her adoptive father is Rovel, famed as the kingdom's heroic protector, while Origin rules as the queen of spirits and acts as her mother. Ellen retains memories from her former life and a bizarre new gift, the ability to manipulate chemical elements, which she uses in daily life and in small-scale conflicts. The show follows how she balances childish curiosity, scientific know-how, and supernatural family ties as ordinary domestic scenes mix with action, without spoiling any surprises or outcomes.

Created by Touko Machida, Yutaka Oohori, and Matsuura, the animated series arrived in 2025 with a voice cast led by Seria Fukagawa as Ellen, Kazuyuki Okitsu as Rovel, and Mai Nakahara as Origin, among others.
