Tomoro Tenma lives in a world where human feelings power everyday tech, a pulse of emotion called e-Pulse that keeps AI devices called Sapotama running. When creatures known as Digimon begin emerging from those devices and draining e-Pulse, the balance of society starts breaking down. After a Digimon named Gekkomon appears from Tomoro's Sapotama, he signs on with Glowing Dawn, a covert team investigating rogue Digimon and the hidden costs of an emotional economy. The show follows Tomoro and his allies as they probe why Digimon are appearing and how a system built on empathy can be twisted into something dangerous.
