After a global nuclear collapse, humanity survives with lifelike androids called Dolls, engineered to serve people in everyday roles or to fight as Tactical Dolls. The story centers on an elite squad of T-Dolls dispatched to confront a rogue faction, Sangvis Ferri, which threatens the fragile postwar order. Their missions are overseen by a newly assigned human commander, M4A1, who has to balance strategic goals with the Dolls' growing individuality. Operations range from covert raids to large firefights, testing team cohesion, tactics and moral choices. Prominent T-Dolls like TAR-21 and Galil add distinct roles.

Released in 2022, Dolls' Frontline was created by Hideyuki Kurata and produced as an animated TV series. Voice cast includes Yume Maihara (TAR-21), Karin Mitarai (Galil), Haruka Tomatsu (M4A1), Nozomi Yamane (M16A1/G43) and Emiri Kato (ST AR-15).
