On the tiny island of Tonakishima, with just 600 residents, high schooler Hana Haruyama spends her time organizing recitals and reading sessions for the local children. Her quiet talent for holding an audience catches the attention of Mizuki Usurai, the determined head of the Broadcasting Club, who invites Hana to take part in the club's activities. As Hana joins the group she experiences many small but important firsts, forming friendships and testing her confidence while the club experiments with live audio, storytelling and community events. The show keeps its focus on everyday moments and relationships, avoiding melodrama while showing how one person's voice can change a place.
