A group of ordinary people start waking up with extraordinary abilities, from healing and time travel to telepathy and super strength. At first their powers feel like private anomalies, but patterns begin to surface as lives overlap across cities and continents. As reports of strange events accumulate, a larger threat comes into focus and several characters link up to try to stop it, racing against time while secrets and rivalries make cooperation difficult.

Premiering in 2006, Heroes was created by Tim Kring and launched on NBC, introducing an ensemble cast led by Milo Ventimiglia, Hayden Panettiere, Zachary Quinto, Masi Oka, and Jack Coleman.
