Angel is broke and her young son is ill, so she goes back into the fashion world she thought she had left behind, chasing work and survival among models, agents and clients. Giovanna, who calls herself Kika, is convinced Angel was responsible for her father's death, and she becomes obsessed with proving it. Their rivalry escalates quickly, dragging other people into the conflict and turning private grudges into public clashes. Cristiano, a private investigator, gets pulled into the mess as loyalties shift, secrets surface and every choice carries personal and professional risk.

Released in 2021, Hidden Truths 2 was directed by Augusto Lana, Bruno Safadi, Fellipe Barbosa, Gabriela Amaral Almeida and Isabella Gabaglia, and created by Walcyr Carrasco, Nelson Nadotti and Vinícius Vianna.
