Emma seems to have it all a stable marriage two kids a comfortable life in suburban New Jersey. Behind the kitchen door she moves in a shadow world as a contract killer whose days of danger contrast with her calm home life. When a playful night intended to spice up their relationship reveals her other life Emma and her husband David must face the truth together. The revelation destabilizes their routine and drags them into a web of loyalties and danger that tests trust, partnership and the limits of what they are willing to risk for love.
